FAQs
First things first…
As all of our tattooers work slightly differently and look after their own bookings, it’s definitely worth hitting them up directly if you have a specific question. You can find all their details on the tattooers page.
CAN I WALK-IN OR DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
We'll always try our best to fit you in, but it doesn't take many appointments to fill up a day so it’s definitely a good idea to try and book something in!
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE?
You’ll have to be 18, even with parental consent. What a perfect birthday present!
CAN I USE NUMBING CREAM?
All our tattooers have got different preferences on this one. Also, there are great ones and some no-bueno ones so definitely ask your tattooer for a recommendation for sure.
HOW ABOUT IF I'M PREGNANT?
If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, we can't tattoo you.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY TATTOO?
Have something decent to eat, don't get trashed the night before. Try and wear something that will allow us easy access to the tattoo area while maintaining your modesty. Don't wear your brand new favourite white t-shirt.
IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WON'T TATTOO?
We won't tattoo the sides of the fingers/palms, the inner lip and the soles of the feet. They all look crap eventually (despite what Pinterest might say) and we’re pretty proud of only doing good looking tattoos.
We reserve the right to refuse any tattoo we’re not happy to do. This includes anything blatantly offensive or simply won’t work as a tattoo. Just so you know!
Which ink brands do you use? And are they Vegan?!
We use Starbrite, Dynamic, Dermaglo, Fusion, Solid, Intenze and Eternal.
They're all super vegan.
HOW CAN I PAY?
Cash or card are cool.
DO YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT?
Each artist has their own booking policy but for the most part you'll need to leave at least a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which will come off the final price of the tattoo. If you need to reschedule, you’ll have to check the artist’s notice period. All deposits are non-refundable.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
All our artists will charge differently so your best bet is to contact them directly.
